The charming village of Niederthai is located just half an hour from Soelden and is home to a farmyard which has been towering over the central Oetztal Valley since the 13th century. This farm has been carefully renovated with a great deal of time, patience and passion to transform it into a retreat for anyone who wants to leave stress far behind: the Guesthouse Bichl.
Surrounded by gently rolling green meadows, colourful pastures of flowers or a sparkling covering of snow in winter, time stands still here for anyone who wants it to. Plenty of space for time.

Alongside the guesthouses there is a newly built room which offers space for hosting various events. Decorated in a modern fashion with local woods such as Swiss pine and larch and insulated with sheep’s wool, this sun-flooded room offers unbelievably beautiful open views of the Oetztal Alps. This is a place for communication, encounters and the creative and visionary exchange of ideas. The high quality furnishings are primarily made of materials which have been used in the construction of buildings for centuries in the Tyrol. The soft Swiss pine and larch woods allow guests to breathe deeply in the seminar room and savour the unique ambience of this space.

The room can be booked by groups for various functions. If you need a room for yoga seminars, esoteric workshops, presentations on nutrition, readings or something else, this is the place for you. Your Bichl hosts Hansjörg and Andrea also frequently offer numerous creative and esoteric workshops, readings, presentations on nutrition and yoga sessions here. The fact that you can just take a few steps outside and find yourself secluded and at the heart of nature is yet another reason why Bichl is so popular for individual events.
