Fresh, natural, healthy; this is what we put emphasis on at Bichl. Surrounded by the untouched nature, it seems natural to us to indulge you with only the best what nature offers.
Far away from rushwe take the time to create and serve only the best. The dishes we offer are with prepared with as many ingredients as possible from the near surroundings. Additionally we strive to produce as many ingredients as possible on our own.
The herb salt consists of best sea salt & herbs from surroundings. In the meantime we also prepare the spices for the soup on our own.
For breakfast we offer a big variety of homemade jams and gelees; you can’t only except ordinary sorts but also very individual ones like mint, plum-ginger, lemon balm,... Along with the these jams and gelees we serve a classical farmerhouse bread with yeast. The recipe for this bread is a traditional one. As an alternative we also serve a sourdoughbread. It’s made out of water and rye flour, additive-free. A self-made herbal tea would fit perfectly to this breakfast. The ingredients for the herb tea vary from season to season. The are picked in the near surroundings and then manufactured by Andrea, the hostess of the Bichl, on her own.
On our menu you will find plenty of dumplings, all handmade. Subsequently we recommend one of our cakes or strudels or you could try a Gugelhupf. With that you could try one of our juices – elderberry, cranberry or mint.
To the several occasions we provide diverse spreads with herbs in flavour of pumpkin, mountain herbs or trout.
